By accessing or using the Campus Hearts website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Intellectual Property

The Campus Hearts game, including all characters, storylines, artwork, code, and merchandise designs, are the exclusive property of Campus Hearts. All content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior in our community channels or towards our support team will result in immediate termination of access.

4. Discord Community Guidelines

Our official Discord server is a space for fans to connect. By joining, you agree to treat all members with respect. No hate speech, bullying, or harassment will be tolerated. Spoilers must be tagged appropriately. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination based on race, gender, orientation, or ability.

5. User Conduct in Discord

Users are expected to contribute positively to the community. Prohibited behaviors include spamming, self-promotion without permission, impersonating staff members, and sharing NSFW content. Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary mutes, or permanent bans at the discretion of the moderation team.

6. Moderation Policies

Our moderation team manages the Discord server to ensure a safe environment. Moderators have the final say in all disputes. If you believe you were banned unfairly, you may submit an appeal through our contact form. Abusing the appeal system will result in a permanent blacklist from all Campus Hearts services.

7. Discord Terms Reference

In addition to our own rules, all users must strictly adhere to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Failure to comply with Discord's platform rules may result in action from both our moderation team and Discord Trust & Safety.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Campus Hearts or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on the Campus Hearts website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
